Disclaimer Homosexuality Disclaimer: I find that making icons tends to bring out what one might call my feminine side, if one truly insisted on calling something my feminine side. And designing sites based on my icons tends to make the problem even worse--leading to such inexplicable wonders as my selection of images for the navigation links at the top of every screen: a Smiths' album cover, a towel-clad greek god, and the character who I cannot but admit is the cutest animated evil emperor I've ever seen. And while these tendancies do not lead me to doubt the magnetization of my sexual compass, they do make me worry about what my patrons must think. And it is out of this concern, the fear that millions of girls who would otherwise throw themselves at my feet are locking themselves inside and cutting off their hair, that I publish the following disclaimer: yo, I am not gay. Well, you should get back to looking at icons now. Note: I have since changed the navigation links images. I hope this has not caused any undue confusion or seizures. |
